Accounting Advisory Council Mentorship Program
This unique mentoring opportunity is specifically designed for UB Accounting Association students who want to challenge themselves to pursue a new method of learning and receive guidance on navigating the beginning of your professional career.
The UB School of Management Accounting Advisory Council (AAC) is a diverse and inclusive group of accounting and business professionals who are passionate about preparing accounting students at UB for future success in the accounting profession.
This mentorship program is open to all UBAA members and involves an application, informal interview, a workshop, and 2 socials.
Additionally, we require that you meet with your mentor at least once a month for the duration of the academic year to encourage a meaningful connection.

September 30th: Application Opens
Tell us about what your goals are and what you want out of the program so we can pair you with an AAC mentor.
October 9th: Application Closes
October 12th-14th: Informal Interviews
October 18th: Decision Emails Sent
October 21st: AAC Mentorship Workshop (required)
We'll provide you with tips and advice for getting the most out of the mentoring relationship and reveal the mentor-mentee pairings.
