This unique mentoring opportunity is specifically designed for UB Accounting Association students who want to challenge themselves to pursue a new method of learning and receive guidance on navigating the beginning of your professional career.
 

The UB School of Management Accounting Advisory Council (AAC) is a diverse and inclusive group of accounting and business professionals who are passionate about preparing accounting students at UB for future success in the accounting profession.

This mentorship program is open to all UBAA members and involves an application, informal interview, and a workshop.

Additionally, we require that you meet with your mentor at least once a month for the duration of the academic year to encourage a meaningful connection.
